Children who are not full-grown need to sleep about eight hours a night. Sit down and have a conversation with your children to ingrain a good night’s sleep into their regimen.

Take a before photo and an after photo of yourself to document your progress. You can then see how much you’ve lost, instead of relying on scale numbers.
